From the Wild to your Plate

The concept behind The Wild Sushi was a vision to bring the finest sourced ingredients to a discerning customer in the most convenient way possible.

The founders, originally in the seafood and restaurant business with a combined 100 years of experience of dealing and handling fresh and frozen seafood from all over the world. Taking this knowledge and applying to sourcing the highest quality, the most premium, the best tasting seafood to create a unique convenient sushi experience.

Commitment to ingredients:

Our commitment to using whenever available, locally sourced ingredients, wild sourced or EU Organic Certified seafood, organic produce and rice, and the finest spices. Whether its is organically grown cucumbers from Upstate New York, or organically grown rice from California, or Wild Caught Yellowfin Tuna from the pacific we are always searching for the best ingredients and bringing it to the customer in a convenient package.

Commitment to seafood:

Using our extensive seafood business, we bring the absolute highest grade quality of Atlantic Salmon from an EU organic certified farm in the Faroe Islands, Wild Salmon wild caught from Alaska, and Line caught Wild Tuna from the West Coast. Occasionally we will have locally caught wild seafood on the menu as well.
